The best way to celebrate a love story is with a wedding. Kate and Adam were to be married on a beautiful HOT July afternoon with their family and friends in attendance. We arrived at Adam and Kate’s brand new home to meet with Adam and the groomsmen as they prepared for the couples big day. The men had their own traditions and touch of style. Flag socks worn to celebrate the July holiday and special “spirits” (Bulleit Burbon yum!) to ease the nerves were personal touches. The men were cool and calm as Adam became excited about seeing his bride.
Kate’s parents home was filled with laughter and joy, as the bridesmaids had hair and makeup done and reminisced about one crazy bachelorette party. The bridal party was certainly energetic, in fact a spontaneous yoga stretching session in the kitchen helped ease bridesmaids nerves , and was a great photo opportunity. Then there was the big reveal. Kate entered the room in her stunning dress from White Dress by The Shore, and shoes by Jimmy Choo. Her family and friends were speechless. Kate is jaw-dropping- beautiful. One might say- Picture Perfect (oh yes we had to go there lol). As Kate made her way outside, another surprise was in the works… Kate’s mother and father surprised her with a classic Rolls Royce to bring her to the church! The car was a perfect addition to her glamorous look.
Kate and Adam exchanged vows in front of friends and family at Saint Thomas Church, in West Hartford. The ceremony was touching, and soon they were walking down the aisle as Mr. and Mrs! We then escorted the couple to Hartford City hall for a fantastic photography shoot. As Adam and Kate were surrounded by fine works of art, the newly married couple made the equally beautiful images come alive. After photographing the bridal party we headed to The Waterview in Monroe, where guests mingled and waited to see the newlywed couple. Adam and Kate were introduced and family and friends delighted in the celebration of this wonderful love story. Everyone was treated to a “same day” video montage from Classic Video Productions. The night progressed as dancing and toasts were shared with attendees. Laughs and memories were made as the couple looked ahead to their honeymoon in Hawaii , but also looking ahead to the many years they will spend with each other as husband and wife, happily ever after .
