You have that nice digital SLR camera… but it seems to have a mind of its own. Start telling your camera what to do!
Learn the basics and know your Digital, SLR camera inside and out. Come learn how to take better photos of your children, and loved ones with that new toy you have! Get out of “P” mode and learn the master the “M”.
We are offering a workshop for beginner/intermediate photographers who are seeking more training on camera basics and some cool tips and tricks. Feel free to ask questions in a pressure free studio setting. Workshop class will be held April 28, 2013 (Sunday) from 10AM-3PM (with a lunch break at 12 noon)
The first half of our workshop will be about technical aspects of photography, and explain how your camera “sees” light. Topics will include instruction on using “Manual” settings to control your camera, custom white balance, shutter speeds and f-stops, light metering, camera lenses and getting images captured the way you see them, and how to get them right in camera.
The second part of the workshop we will have a live model in a studio setting, and we will focus on seeing natural light and finding balance in portrait images. Open question forum and answers.
Seating is limited, we hope that you will join us!
